As Brevard continues to entrench itself as the hi-tech capital of the southeast U.S.,demand for up- scale homes increases. Back in February 2003 Money Magazine named Brevard County the 6th hottest market in the U.S.
Brevard County, also known as the Space Coast, stretches 70 miles along the Atlantic coast. The home of America's rocketeers, Kennedy Space Center anchors the official High-Tech Corridor stretching west to Orlando and Tampa, incorporating the world's epicenters for rocketry, optics & lasers, and sim- ulation. We're just 45 minutes due East of Orlando International Airport with the country's lowest airfares.
Including our islands, we enjoy 230 miles of coastline. Check out our museums and galleries, theaters, writers, artists, musicians, etc. Brevard has so many clubs for every interest, service clubs and lodges, music and night - clubs, health clubs, professional org- anizations, military organizations, and volunteer organizations, and more. Top-rated national entertain- ment, including musicians, comedians and Broadway shows, can be seen at the 2,000-seat Center for the Performing Arts in Melbourne. The area enjoys active comm- unity theater programs, a semiprofessional theater, a 500-seat performing arts center and almost weekly musical concerts performed by: The Brevard Symphony Orchestra and the Florida Space Coast Philharmonic.
While most of Melbourne is located on the Florida mainland, a small portion is located on a barrier island. The Indian River Lagoon separates the mainland from the island. The island is a narrow strip of land that separates the Lagoon from the Atlantic Ocean. (In prehistoric times the Lagoon was connected to the Ocean. Today, the only connection is by way of a handful of inlets, including the manmade Sebastian Inlet at the southern end of Brevard County.)
Melbourne offers a wide aray of of activities ranging from surfing, fishing, boating, swimming, recreational parks and golf courses. The city offers some of Brevard County's best restraunts and shopping.
Viera is a series of beautifully planned communities with streets and neighbor hoods strategically placed to provide picturesque vistas carved out of pasture land. This New Town includes Brevard's main government center, commercial enterprises, a regional shopping mall, major entertainment, superb golf couse, and cultural facilities. One comm- unity, Indian River Colony Club is a 55+ section of 786 homes providing full maintenance even including appliances. Florida Marlins spring training provides entertainment at the stadium.

This ancestral hub of Brevard was the spring break destination of the 1920's! Stately refurbished 1890's riverfront homes line Indian River's east shoreline alongside 6,000 sq ft contemporary homes. Today, new developments spring up at a furious pace along the south and western borders. The total is 22k homes and rising.
We're located on a barrier island in the central part of Brevard, separated from the city of Cocoa by the Intracoastal waterway, Merritt Island, and the Banana River. Surfing competitions, world-famous surfers (including 6-time world champion Kelly Slater) and dozens of hotels draw beach lovers from around the world.
Residents and visitors enjoy the casual beach lifestyle in a thriving ocean-side comm- unity, with miles of white sandy beaches and river shoreline. Miles of finger canals provide many residents an opportunity to dock boats in their back yards. The high school houses an excellent International Baccalaureate program for the most challenging education in Brevard. The Cocoa Beach Pier is a local hotspot for food, surfing and activities.
Nasa's Shuttle landing and processing facilities, including the Vehicle Assembly Building and Kennedy Space Center, are here. The launch pads lie directly east. A new biotechnology research park provides quick payload access to the shuttle. Technology and space age mix with scenic views and natural wonders. Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge and surrounding area hosts 22 endangered or threatened species. The Indian and Banana River Lagoons, the most diversified estuary in the country, cradle Merritt Island between the mainland and barrier islands.
The most luxurious estates in Brevard, some spanning from Indian River to Banana River lagoons on the south legs of the island, meld into beautiful moderately priced boating comm- unities in the center, and an eclectic country atmosphere north of the cross-island barge canal at SR528.
Boaters from the Intracoastal Waterway travel through that canal to the locks, the port, and the Atlantic, so this island is the ideal location for ocean fishermen.
Quaint restored downtown Cocoa, also known as Cocoa Village hosts boutiques, art dealers, antiques, and lots of sidewalk restaurants. One popular event is lunch-time concerts at the gazebo. Street parties and art & craft shows frequently draw visitors from everywhere. With our proximity to Disney and a pool of talented entertainers, treasured Historic Cocoa Village
Playhouse hosts productions with amazing actors, costumes, sets, and orchestra.
Here's a place where nature is in harmony with the everyday world. The Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge and the Canaveral National Seashore separate Titusville from the Atlantic Ocean. Preserving and maintaining the fragile eco- system and the wild- life takes top priority. The economy of Titusville is based on the aerospace industry, tour- ism and citrus. The space industry settled upon Titusville around the 1950's and continues to grow. The largest sea turtle nesting area is located at Canaveral National Seashore. Titusville shies away from big malls, making it a slower-paced community.
The City of Cape Canaveral is located on the Atlantic Ocean approximately midpoint between Miami and Jacksonville and is slightly over 50 miles east of Orlando. This 1.9 square-mile beach and coastal community is bounded on the west by the Banana River, on the north by Port Canaveral, on the east by the Atlantic Ocean, and on the south by Cocoa Beach.
Adjacent to the north side of the Port is the John F. Kennedy Space Center, NASA. Seven miles to the south of the City is Patrick Air Force Base. This strategic Florida location places the City in the center of America's space facilities and immediately adjacent to Port Canaveral, the only deep water port between Fort Lauderdale and Jacksonville.

Indialantic is a strip of beachside land lying between the Indian River and the Atlantic Ocean. This one-square mile is known as "Indialantic-by-the-Sea."
Indialantic stores and businesses cater to all the basic needs plus more exotic demands. Restaurants vary from fast food and family establishments to ethnic and gourmet dining.
Residents and tourists can enjoy the public beach area from Miami to Watson. Swimming, fishing, boating and surfing are favorite pastimes. Threatened and endangered sea turtles nest along the shore from May through October. The recently refurbished boardwalk offers a place to stroll along the ocean and the parks throughout the Town provide getaways from the day's
routine.
A peacefull, family paradise cradled between warm Atlantic beaches and the natural richness of the Indian River Lagoon. Satellite Beach is home of the Patrick Air Force Base and is surrounded by warm prestine waters. Fishing, surfing, water skiing, kyaking, and numerouse beach activities are part of the enjoyment here in Satellite Beach.
Palm Bay residents delight in their share of water sports and water related activities. Residents enjoy excellent fishing in the countless freshwater creeks, streams, marshes as well as the Indian River Lagoon, surf fishing from our nearby Atlantic beaches, and bass fishing from the nationally known Stick marsh.
In addition to superb fishing opportunities Palm Bay offers sailing, water skiing, jet skiing and even parasailing as everyday enjoyments along its shores. You can find plenty of other wet fun with the Atlantic beaches. Brevard County's 72 miles of pristine shores are just across the causeway. Here you can indulge in surfing, kayaking, windsurfing, volleyball, swimming, snorkel ing, scuba diving, shell collecting or possibly you may prefer a soft patch of sand on a quiet stretch of beach to soak up the sun. For those that prefer a sand-free water experience, the newly opened Palm Bay Aquatic Center is the place for family fun.
